Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Arnavutköy, Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Başakşehir, Bayrampaşa, Beyoğlu, Küçükçekmece, Çatalca, Esenyurt, Eyüpsultan, Fatih, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Kağıthane, Silivri, and Şişli.
