Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Başakşehir, Bayrampaşa, Esenyurt, Fatih, Eyüpsultan, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Kağıthane, Sarıyer, Silivri, Sultangazi, and Zeytinburnu.
