Doctor arrested for sexually harassing patient in Suruç

At the Suruç State Hospital in the Suruç district of Şanlıurfa, L.İ. (25), who had visited the internal medicine department for an examination, alleged that she was sexually harassed by internal medicine specialist Dr. H.F.V.
Claiming that she encountered harassment during her first examination, L.İ. returned to the same department a second time to document the doctor's behavior. During this visit, L.İ. recorded the moments of harassment with her mobile phone camera and subsequently filed a complaint with the police using the footage she obtained.
Dr. H.F.V., who was detained by police teams, was referred to the courthouse following his processing at the police station. Brought before the Suruç Criminal Court of Peace, Dr. H.F.V. was sent to prison under an arrest warrant.
