General Directorate of Meteorology According to the latest assessments: the northeastern parts of the country and the western coasts will be partly to mostly cloudy, with local light rain and showers expected in Çanakkale, the western surroundings of Balıkesir, the North Aegean coasts, and the coastal areas of İzmir and Aydın, while other regions are expected to be mostly clear.

Haze and fog, which may be dense in some areas, are expected in the Marmara region as well as in the interior and eastern parts of the country.

AIR TEMPERATURE: No significant change is expected; temperatures are forecast to remain above seasonal norms across the country.

WIND: It is expected to blow generally from the south, light to occasionally moderate.

The region is expected to be partly to mostly clear, with the southwest becoming very cloudy, and light local rain and showers are expected in the western parts of Çanakkale and Balıkesir after midday. Haze and fog are expected across the region, which may be dense in some areas.
