According to the information received, two individuals suspected of being under the influence of drugs suffered a crisis on Kıbrıs Street in the central Seyhan district. The individuals first rolled around, and then one of them crawled in the middle of the road. The individuals, who also made strange noises and disturbed the surroundings, were filmed by a citizen with a mobile phone camera.
