The value of the euro used in drug pricing has been updated. The euro value accepted when determining prices has increased by 23.5 percent. The new prices will be effective starting tomorrow.
The euro value in TL used for drug pricing was increased by 23.5 percent in October, rising from 17.5483 TL to 21.6721 TL.
According to the Presidential decree regarding the amendment to the decision on the pricing of medicinal products for human use, published in today's issue of the Official Gazette, the determined euro value will continue to be applied for the year 2025 as well.
No new euro valuation will be made for the year 2025.
Within the scope of the decision, the actual source price scale values were also updated by the rate of change made in the euro value, and were determined as 74.72 TL for price-protected products and 39.05 TL for other products.
The new prices will come into effect as of October 25.
