Drug test results for Erdal Beşikçioğlu’s deputy, Taylan Özgüven, have been released

A forensic medical report has been prepared as part of an investigation launched following a tip-off that Etimesgut Municipality Deputy Mayor Taylan Özgüven was using drugs. The report states that two different synthetic cannabinoids, 5F-ADB and MDMB-INACA, were detected in Özgüven’s hair sample.

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into Etimesgut Municipality Deputy Mayor Taylan Özgüven following a tip-off that he was using drugs.

As part of the investigation, Özgüven was referred to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Branch Directorate in accordance with Article 191/1 of the Turkish Penal Code. Blood, hair, urine, and nail samples were collected from Özgüven.

SYNTHETIC CANNABINOID DETECTED IN HAIR SAMPLE

The forensic medical report stated that the samples taken from Özgüven were analyzed.

According to the report, the synthetic cannabinoid substances 5F-ADB and MDMB-INACA were detected in Özgüven’s hair sample.

FORENSIC MEDICAL REPORT SENT TO INVESTIGATION FILE

The prepared forensic medical report was sent to the case file as part of the investigation conducted by the Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
