Dues dispute erupts into a brawl with kicks and punches

Complaints regarding the high cost of maintenance fees, which had been ongoing for some time between residents and the management of an apartment complex in Siirt's Veyselkarani neighborhood, moved to digital platforms yesterday evening. Heated discussions that began in the residents' shared WhatsApp group quickly increased tensions.
The tension rose further when the site management removed some members from the group during the discussion. The verbal conflict that started in the digital environment escalated into a fight with kicks and punches when the parties confronted each other in front of the apartment building.
Following reports from citizens about the fight, which caused panic in the surrounding area, numerous police teams were dispatched to the address. Security forces arrived at the scene shortly after, managed to separate the parties, and calmed the situation.
Four people who were slightly injured in the fight were taken to the hospital by ambulance after receiving initial treatment at the scene. It was learned that the injured, who were discharged after their treatment, are in good condition.
Police teams took the individuals identified as being involved in the fight to the police station to take their statements. While it was reported that the parties filed complaints against each other, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
