Double residency for Dutch drug lord 'Fat Jos': Ministry issued 'eligibility' certificate...

The capture of Russian national Evgenii Serebriakov, who carried out a car bomb terrorist attack in Moscow, in Bodrum has revealed yet another scandal.

BirGün columnist Timur Soykan wrote that Joseph Johannes Leijdekkers, nicknamed “Fat Jos,” one of Europe's biggest drug lords, obtained double residency permits both in his own name and under the alias “Daniel Ernst.” 

Soykan raised the questions, “So who signed off on this scandal? Who intervened for the Dutch drug lord and granted him two residency permits?”

'WHO INTERVENED FOR THE DRUG LORD?'

Stating that Leijdekkers received a 'Certificate of Eligibility for Citizenship' from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization on November 23, 2020, applied for a residency permit, and obtained a residency permit under his real identity, 'Joseph Johannes Leijdekkers,' on December 3, 2020, Soykan pointed out that the search report for the operation conducted on Leijdekkers' villa listed the evidence found in the villa, including “…1 identity card with foreign identity number 9927565372 issued in the name of ‘Daniel Ernst’…”

Soykan wrote the following:

“We know that 'Fat Jos' used a German passport issued in the name of 'Daniel Ernst' and entered Turkey with this passport. It is understood from this report that a residency permit was also granted to this name in Turkey. However, it is impossible for a person to obtain two different residency permits with two different names. When a residency permit is issued, an intelligence check is conducted, fingerprints are taken, and a biometric photo is printed on the ID. However, it is understood that the Dutch drug lord obtained double residency permits both in his own name and under his fake name, 'Daniel Ernst.'

So who signed off on this scandal? Who intervened for the Dutch drug lord and granted him two residency permits?”
