In the earthquake swarm occurring in the Aegean Sea, the strongest earthquake recorded so far reached a magnitude of 5.1.
In a statement from the Kandilli Observatory, it was noted that the earthquake occurred at 12:29 and had a depth of 5.0 kilometers. This was recorded as the strongest earthquake among the tremors occurring in the region.
