Ekrem İmamoğlu shows 'the big radish' in Trabzon
İmamoğlu gave a speech in his hometown of Trabzon as part of his primary election campaign. When a citizen handed him a radish, İmamoğlu said, "Look, Mr. President, the citizen is showing you the big radish."

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and CHP presidential hopeful İmamoğlu addressed his fellow citizens in Trabzon, where he arrived following his speech in Ankara.
İmamoğlu began his speech by saying, "Greetings to all my fellow citizens, my dear compatriots, as brave, hardworking, and strong as the turbulent waves of the Black Sea. Greetings from Trabzon to Rize, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Giresun, Ordu, Samsun, and Artvin."
HE SHOWED THE BIG RADISH
The chant "Take off your jacket, roll up your sleeves" for İmamoğlu continued in Trabzon as well. In Trabzon, there was also a request for İmamoğlu to wear a traditional flat cap. İmamoğlu did not remain indifferent to this request and greeted the citizens while wearing the cap.
A citizen handed a radish to İmamoğlu, making a reference to AKP President Erdoğan's remark, "The big radish is in the saddlebag." Taking the radish from the citizen, İmamoğlu said, "Look, Mr. President, the citizen is showing it to you. It seems he has one in his saddlebag too."
