In the Yıldırım district of Bursa, a suspect who allegedly stabbed his employee after the employee cursed at him for not driving him home has been referred to the courthouse.
A dispute broke out between Ayhan Gülal, who worked at a recycling facility in the Yiğitler Neighborhood Auto Industry Site, and Taha S., the son of the business owner, regarding driving home at the end of their shift.
The argument between Ayhan Gülal and Taha S., who had left the workplace to go home, continued inside the car. As the argument escalated into a fight, Taha S. pulled out a knife from his pocket and stabbed Ayhan Gülal twice.
Taha S., who wanted to take the wounded Gülal to Kestel State Hospital, had an accident while reaching the Kestel Junction. Upon the notification of other drivers passing by, police and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
Gülal, who was taken to Kestel State Hospital in critical condition, could not be saved despite all interventions. Taha S. was taken into custody by police teams arriving at the scene.
The suspect, whose procedures at the police station were completed, was referred to the courthouse. It was learned that in his initial statement at the police station, Taha S. said that a dispute arose between them because he did not drive Ayhan Gülal home, and that he stabbed Gülal because he cursed at him.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
