ENAG: Annual inflation rate hits 81.01 percent

The Independent Inflation Research Group (ENAG) has announced its inflation figures for January.

According to the data, inflation for January was 8.22 percent, while the annual inflation rate reached 81.01 percent.

PEAK IN FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING

According to the data released by ENAG, the items that saw the highest inflation were clothing and footwear at 20.06 percent. This was followed by recreation and culture at 16.73 percent.
