Engine supply agreement between TUSAŞ and GE Aerospace for HÜRJET

Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has taken a significant step within the scope of the HÜRJET program, an advanced jet trainer and light attack aircraft. TUSAŞ announced via its social media account that it has signed a contract with the global aviation company GE Aerospace for the supply of engines to meet the aircraft's requirements.

This strategic agreement, which covers F404 engines, is intended to contribute to HÜRJET's mass production targets and the sustainable growth of the program. The statement noted that the collaboration will increase the platform's global competitiveness, strengthen the engineering capabilities of the Turkish aviation industry, and play an important role in introducing domestic platforms to the world market.
