Accordingly, Prof. Dr. Turan Sağer has been appointed as Rector of Alanya University; Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya as Rector of Bartın University, Prof. Dr. Mutlu Türkmen as Rector of Bayburt University, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karataş as Rector of Çankırı Karatekin University, Prof. Dr. Ekrem Gürel as Rector of Iğdır University, Prof. Dr. Ersin Göse as Rector of Istanbul Arel University, and Prof. Dr. İbrahim Hakkı Aydın as Rector of Istanbul Aydın University.
