Erdoğan Bayraktar's 'You won't develop at all' remark to the government

Former Minister of Environment and Urbanization Erdoğan Bayraktar made a post on his social media account that is set to be widely discussed regarding the government's rural development plan.

"YOU WON'T DEVELOP AT ALL"

Bayraktar used the following expressions:

"If you do not keep a country's village population at around 30-35%, if you do not bring everything that is in the city to the 'VILLAGE', and especially if you give the name of a neighborhood to settlements that are actually villages, you won't develop at all."
