An armed attack occurred during a dinner organized by the White House Correspondents' Association in the US. US President Donald Trump, who was attending the event, was quickly removed from the hall by Secret Service teams following the incident.

Security units detained the 30-year-old male attacker, who was reported to be carrying multiple magazines, a long-barreled rifle, a handgun, and numerous knives.
