Accompanying Erdoğan to Brazil are his wife Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç, AKP Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik, and several other officials.
