Erdoğan repeats controversial remarks from Hatay in Zonguldak!

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a rally in Zonguldak as part of his local election campaign.

Announcing his party's district mayoral candidates for Zonguldak, Erdoğan made a similar speech to the one he gave in Hatay.

Arguing that the central government and local government must be in alignment, Erdoğan stated, "This brother of yours is the president of this country. Know that as long as the mayor of this place has the President's hand on them, Zonguldak will reach a much different place."

Erdoğan's statements are as follows;

“The March 31 elections are very important for the services to continue exponentially. I want to make an important covenant with you here today. We all see where our mayor, brother Ömer Selim Alan, has brought Zonguldak from and to.

This brother of yours is the President of this country. Know that as long as the mayor of this place has the President's hand on them, Zonguldak will reach a much different place.

God willing, we will add new ones to these services after March 31.”

WHAT DID ERDOĞAN SAY IN HATAY?

Erdoğan had made a striking admission at the AKP Hatay District Mayoral Candidate Introduction Meeting held recently.

In his statement, Erdoğan said, "If the central government and local government do not join hands, if they are not in solidarity, that city will not receive anything. Did it come to Hatay? Currently, Hatay has been left alone," he had stated.
