Erdoğan shared photos from MIT event publicly, then deleted them; some AKP members have not removed the posts
Photos taken at the National Intelligence Organization's (MIT) anniversary event were shared on the social media accounts of Erdoğan and Justice Minister Tunç.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the 97th Anniversary Events of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) along with ministers and Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş.
According to a report by Gerçek Gündem, a photo crisis occurred following the event held at MIT's Kale Campus. Photos taken in the hall during Erdoğan's speech at the event were shared on his social media account.
While the faces of the participants, who were likely to include high-level MIT personnel, were visible in the photos, the post was edited after a while and these photos were removed.
Similar photos were also shared on the social media account of Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç.
THERE ARE STILL THOSE WHO HAVE NOT DELETED THEM
Unlike President Erdoğan and Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç, there are names within the AKP who have not yet deleted the posts showing the faces of MIT members. Journalist Metin Cihan revealed in a post on his social media account that Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, AKP Deputy Chairman Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz, and Constitutional Committee Chairman and AKP MP Yusuf Beyazıt have not deleted their tweets.
JOURNALISTS HAD BEEN ARRESTED
According to Article 27 of the MIT Law, the penalty for disclosing the identities of individuals working for MIT is imprisonment from two to eight years.
Odatv News Manager Barış Terkoğlu and journalist Hülya Kılınç were arrested due to their reporting on the funeral of an MIT member who lost his life in Libya on March 5, 2020, and a decision was made to block access to the OdaTV website. Barış Pehlivan, who was the editor-in-chief of OdaTV at the time, was also arrested on March 6 for the same reason.
