Erdoğan slaps child who didn't kiss his hand, then gives him pocket money

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan slapped a child who did not kiss his hand at an opening ceremony in his hometown of Rize, and then gave him pocket money.

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the Ayder Plateau Protection and Renewal Project, the Province-Wide Urban Transformation and Disaster Housing Key Delivery, and the Collective Opening Ceremony yesterday (July 27).

Following his speech there, Erdoğan delivered keys to a family who were beneficiaries.

The family's two children came onto the stage first. Erdoğan extended his hand for the children to kiss it. After one of the children did not kiss his hand and stared for a while, Erdoğan slapped the child. Subsequently, after the child kissed his hand, Erdoğan gave him pocket money.
