Here is that post by Erdoğan regarding the Sisi visit, which took place after 12 years:

I was pleased to host Egyptian President Mr. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in our country.

We are determined to strengthen our consultations with Egypt, with whom we share similar positions and goals on many issues.

In our meetings, we agreed to establish regular consultations for the resolution of regional issues, primarily Gaza.

Turkey and Egypt have a common stance on the Palestinian issue.

Ending the genocide that has been ongoing for 11 months, establishing a permanent ceasefire as soon as possible, and the unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid remain our priorities.

To date, 32% of the total aid delivered to Gaza has come from Turkey.

Egypt is mediating negotiations alongside Qatar and America. We are also supporting this process through our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our National Intelligence Organization.

We are also continuing our efforts intensively to ensure that Israeli officials who commit crimes in Gaza are held accountable in international courts.

In our consultations, in addition to Gaza, we also addressed regional issues, primarily the Eastern Mediterranean, Syria, Libya, Sudan, and the Horn of Africa.

During our meeting with Mr. Sisi in Cairo, we had decided to restructure our High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council.

We held the first meeting of this mechanism today.

With our joint declaration, we reaffirmed our will to advance our cooperation in every field, including industry, trade, defense, health, environment, and energy.

We have continued to remain among Egypt's top 5 trading partners over the last 10 years.

We are moving decisively toward our goal of increasing our trade volume to 15 billion dollars within the next 5 years.

We desire to develop our cooperation with Egypt in the field of energy, primarily in natural gas and nuclear energy.

Hopefully, we will be in closer cooperation from now on.
