Ankara MP Nedim Yamalı, who submitted his resignation from the Future Party, triggered an exodus within the party. Following the news of Yamalı's resignation, Future Party Mersin Provincial Chair Hamit Karış announced that he has resigned from his party.

ANNOUNCED HIS RESIGNATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Future Party Mersin Provincial Chair Hamit Karış announced his resignation via his social media account.

In the statement he made on his social media account, Karış said the following:

"As of today, I am resigning of my own volition from my position as Provincial Chair in the Future Party, where I have served as Mersin Provincial Chair since its establishment. Respectfully announced to the public."

TARSUS DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ALSO RESIGNED

Following Karış's resignation statement, news of a resignation also came from the Tarsus district of Mersin. Future Party Tarsus District Chair Ramazan Tunçer announced that they have resigned from their duties along with the district administration.
