Explosion on the ground floor of a 4-story building in Esenyurt
An explosion occurred for an as-yet undetermined reason on the ground floor of a 4-story building in Esenyurt, Istanbul. While the cause of the explosion remains unknown, teams are continuing their work at the scene.

The incident took place around 11:30 AM on 2603 Street in the Şehitler neighborhood of Esenyurt. According to the information obtained, an explosion occurred for an as-yet undetermined reason on the ground floor of a 4-story building located on the street.
Citizens who heard the sound of the explosion notified the police, fire department, and medical teams. Upon receiving the report, teams arrived at the scene and began their operations.
Police teams took security measures with tape and closed the street to both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
While the teams' work at the scene continues, it was learned that 2 people who were inside the apartment managed to leave the site of the explosion on their own.
