Urgent expropriation decisions for certain provinces have been published in the Official Gazette under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

According to the published decisions, urgent expropriation has been carried out for: real estate in 5 districts of Elazığ for the Kuluncak-Elazığ Natural Gas Pipeline Project; designated real estate between Birecik and Şanlıurfa for the Birecik OSM TM Connections Energy Transmission Line Project; certain real estate in Kocaeli for the Kandıra WPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate in Ağrı and Van for the Erciş-Patnos and Gevaş districts Natural Gas Pipeline Project; certain real estate in Kırklareli for the R24-Sergen-1 WPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate between the Güroymak and Hizan districts of Bitlis for the Hizan district Natural Gas Pipeline Project; certain real estate located in the province of Bolu for the Adapazarı WPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate between Şanlıurfa and Viranşehir for the Devekıran TM Connections Energy Transmission Line Project; real estate in the regions designated for the Kirazlıköprü Irrigation Project; certain real estate in the Eminekin neighborhood of the Çifteler district of Eskişehir for the Lydia Storage SPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate in Karabük for the Karabük Station Site Project; certain real estate in Erzurum for the Gelinkaya SPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate in Sivas for the Yellice WPP Facility; certain real estate in Istanbul for the Ömerli WPP Electricity Generation Facility; certain real estate for the Korkuteli-Varsak Energy Transmission Line Renewal Project; certain real estate in the Hallaçlı neighborhood of the Çatalca district of Istanbul for the Şile WPP Electricity Generation Facility; as well as certain real estate in Konya, Afyonkarahisar, Kırşehir, Eskişehir, Sakarya, and Kocaeli for the construction of energy transmission lines.
