Teams have implemented intensive security measures on the roads leading to the Seyrantepe Sports Hall, located on Elazığ Street in the central Yenişehir district, where the congress will take place.

Following the congress in Diyarbakır, Erdoğan will depart the city to attend his party's congress in Şanlıurfa.
