Fahrettin Altun releases New Year's message

Communications Director Fahrettin Altun stated, "With the hope that the new year will bring peace, tranquility, and prosperity to our nation and all of humanity, I sincerely congratulate all our citizens on the new year."

In his New Year's message shared on his social media account, Altun noted that while leaving 2023 behind by sharing it together, there is joy in stepping into a new year with hope and excitement.

Reminding that the earthquakes described as the "disaster of the century" that "seared hearts" occurred on February 6, Altun used the following expressions:

"Unfortunately, we witnessed the massacre of tens of thousands of innocent civilians in Palestine before the eyes of the world. I pray for God's mercy upon our citizens who passed away in natural disasters and for various other reasons, our brothers and sisters who lost their lives in wars, and our heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the indivisible integrity of our homeland and the peace and security of our nation. With the hope from the Almighty that the new year will bring peace, tranquility, and prosperity to our nation and all of humanity, I sincerely congratulate all our citizens on the new year."
