High-discount campaigns held every month had attracted a large number of new customers to the site. However, customers were unable to access the site, nor could they reach the call center or customer service. Some customers and suppliers who attempted to visit the company's headquarters were also unable to find anyone to speak with.
The victims are not limited to individual customers; various supplier firms that provided products to İŞKOM AVM also state that they have not received their payments.
According to a report by Kaan Zenginli from the pro-government newspaper Türkiye, many suppliers state that they are in a difficult situation because the payments for the goods they provided to the company have not been made, and that they are forced to resort to legal channels to collect their debts.
MILLIONS OF LIRAS VANISH
It is alleged that the site received large amounts of payments from hundreds of customers during the short time it was operational, and that the missing money is in the tens of millions of liras. The increasing number of victims has led to the company being placed under investigation for suspected fraud.
Lawyer Ali Kaya, speaking on behalf of the victims, said, “It is very clear that this site was established for the purpose of a scam. We have initiated all legal proceedings for this. The matter is being investigated as a serious fraud case.”

Meanwhile, thousands of victims have begun organizing on social media to make their voices heard.
In victim groups opened on social media platforms in particular, people are trying to support each other by sharing the problems they have experienced. Victims in these groups are inviting other victims who have not yet applied to the prosecutor's office to take action.
