Famous influencer arrested on sexual assault charges

Famous YouTuber Yung Filly is facing serious charges in Australia. Police allege that after a concert at a nightclub in Hillarys, Perth, on September 28, Yung Filly sexually assaulted a woman in her 20s in a hotel room.

Filly is accused of four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding another person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to the neck. According to reports in the Australian press, during the hearing at the Perth Magistrates Court, Magistrate Tanya Watt granted him bail despite police objections.

Barrientos's release on bail is subject to strict conditions. The YouTuber must remain in Western Australia, report to the police daily, and pay a cash bail of 100,000 Australian dollars. He is also prohibited from contacting the victim or posting about the incident on social media.

The prosecution announced that photographs related to the incident will be used as evidence in court. They also argued that Barrientos has no ties to Western Australia and poses a flight risk.

As the investigation continues, the defense that Yung Filly, who has millions of followers on YouTube and Instagram, will present is being awaited with curiosity by his followers.
