Father shoots son with a pump-action shotgun following an argument
In a farmhouse in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, a father shot his son in the leg with a pump-action shotgun following an argument.

The incident occurred in the Zafer neighborhood, along the Yeni Çiftlik road. A domestic dispute broke out between the father, identified as Ö.Ç., and his son for reasons yet unknown.
Unable to control his anger, the father, Ö.Ç., opened fire on his son, M.B.Ç., with a pump-action shotgun.
The injured young man was taken to Çorlu State Hospital by ambulance for treatment after receiving initial medical intervention from emergency teams at the scene.
Public security teams arrived at the scene, took Ö.Ç. into custody, and seized the pump-action shotgun used in the incident.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
