Father-son drug dealers caught with a car full of narcotic pills

Teams from the Patrol Units Bureau of the Karabağlar District Police Department checked a parked car in the Sarıyer neighborhood due to suspicion on October 10 at around 00:30. Upon noticing narcotic synthetic pills on the back seat of the vehicle, the license plate was queried, and the addresses of the driver and his father, who is the registered owner, were determined. Father G.E. (54) and his son A.E. (23) were taken into custody at their home in the Konak district, and during the search of the car conducted with the prosecutor's permission, 46,195 narcotic pills, 3 unlicensed pistols, and 45 cartridges were seized in bags located in the back seat and trunk of the vehicle.
The father and son, who were taken into custody, were handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Crimes Branch Directorate following their processing at the police station.
