Fatih Portakal announces the date he will bid farewell to the screen: 'I have reached 57'

Fatih Portakal stated that he will first end his broadcasts on his YouTube channel starting Monday, and that he plans to retire completely by ending his program on Sözcü TV in June.

Fatih Portakal said, "I have reached 57 and I want to return to my life in İzmir. I realized that I am repeating myself, and this situation is affecting me mentally."

Portakal said, "Starting Monday, I am ending my broadcasts on my YouTube channel. I will no longer do YouTube broadcasts. I honestly don't know if it's for a set period or indefinitely. Because I am thinking of retiring completely after June. I am also thinking of leaving Sözcü TV because of that," he said.

I will stop doing programs on Sözcü TV. I have reached 57 and I want to live a life of complete retirement. I am not bored of doing this program, but I am saying the same things in the morning and in the evening.

I think I am repeating myself too much and I think this situation is affecting me mentally. You can watch other broadcasts at these hours starting Monday. I am ending my broadcasts and I don't intend to do them. I have made such a decision. I am leaving television in June.

I am very clear on this matter. I say enough is enough, I think my time is up. I will continue the life I lived in İzmir, I will return there.
