FETÖ fugitive Hakan Şükür has made noteworthy statements. Şükür said, “He helped me get residency in America. He signed a document for me to obtain residency.”

Hakan Şükür, a FETÖ fugitive who wore the jerseys of Galatasaray and the national team for many years and was elected as an AKP member of parliament for a period after retiring from football, made striking statements to a media outlet close to the Fetullahist structure.

Answering questions about his visit to Mehmet Ağar in prison and his relationship with Fatih Terim, Şükür said, “Once the feeling that nothing will happen to Fatih Terim prevails, meaning if such power exists, we can now say this comfortably. He won't face any trouble from me saying this.”
