FETÖ fugitive İpek's White Mansion up for sale for the fourth time: Price reduced
The White Mansion, a second-degree historical monument among the assets of FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek, is being put up for auction again on September 30 with an estimated value of 810 million TL + VAT.

Following the July 15 coup attempt, all companies of Koza-İpek Holding were transferred to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF). Previous attempts had been made to sell the White Mansion and the Brown Mansion, which are among the most valuable real estate properties of the holding's owner, fugitive Akın İpek, on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, but no results were achieved.
AUCTION ON SEPTEMBER 30 IN ANKARA
Koza Altın İşletmeleri sent a new notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding the sales process. The statement said, “In order to sell our real estate located in Istanbul Province, Beşiktaş District, Bebek Neighborhood, block 1259, parcels 132-133, which is owned by our company; it has been decided unanimously to organize a tender with the real estate sales specification, provided that it is not less than the estimated value of 810,000,000 TL + VAT, to establish a ‘Tender Commission’ to manage the tender process, and to hold the tender on 30.09.2025 at 14:00 via open bid - open auction at our company address, Uğur Mumcu Mahallesi FSM Bulvarı N310 Yenimahalle Ankara.”
IT WAS ALSO PUT UP FOR SALE LAST MONTH
The company put the mansion up for auction for the third time last month and reduced the sale price from 950 million liras to 925 million liras. As there were no buyers for the mansion, it has been put up for sale for the fourth time.
FEATURES OF THE WHITE MANSION AND THE BROWN MANSION
The “White Mansion,” which is registered as a second-degree historical monument, consists of 2 basement floors, a ground floor, 1 regular floor, an attic, and a terrace. The structure has a total gross indoor usage area of 695 square meters, and there is also a 208-square-meter terrace area. The other structure, known as the “Brown Mansion,” consists of a ground floor and a regular floor, and has an indoor usage area of 230 square meters.
