FETÖ operation in 8 provinces: 18 suspects apprehended
In an operation centered in Istanbul and spanning 8 provinces against the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization/Parallel State Structure (FETÖ/PDY), 18 suspects identified as operating at a leadership level within the organization were apprehended.

Teams from the Istanbul Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling Crimes Branch conducted a new operation within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into FETÖ/PDY.
Simultaneous operations were carried out this morning in a total of 8 provinces, including Istanbul as the center, as well as Ankara, Elazığ, Erzincan, Gaziantep, Kastamonu, Kayseri, and Samsun, to apprehend suspects identified as operating as members of the organization and at a leadership level within it.
It was reported that 18 FETÖ members were apprehended in the raids.
