FETÖ operation in Ankara: Detention warrants issued for 24 suspects!
In accordance with orders and instructions issued by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office as part of two separate investigations into the FETÖ/PDY Armed Terrorist Organization, it has been decided to detain 24 suspects simultaneously across 14 provinces, with Ankara as the center.

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has issued detention warrants for 24 suspects in two separate investigations targeting the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).
According to the statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, as part of the investigations conducted by the Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau, detention warrants were issued for 5 suspects identified as being part of FETÖ's current structure, based on statements from suspects who benefited from effective remorse provisions, analysis of digital materials obtained, technical and physical surveillance, and statements/photo identifications taken to date.
In the other investigation conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, suspects were identified who were linked and affiliated with the FETÖ structure referred to as "covert services" within the Air Force Command.
Detention warrants were issued for 19 suspects—including 7 dismissed officers, 3 non-commissioned officers, 2 military students whose ties were severed, and 7 covert imams—who were determined to have communicated with civilian imams using payphones and landlines at public businesses such as kiosks, grocery stores, and markets in the provinces where they served.
It was noted that operations by the Ankara Police Department to apprehend the suspects are ongoing.
