19 suspects have been detained in a FETÖ operation conducted across 13 provinces, centered in İzmir.

The İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau has issued detention warrants for 9 soldiers—6 of whom are on active duty, including 2 from the Land Forces, 3 from the Air Force, 3 from the Naval Forces, and 1 from the Gendarmerie General Command—as well as 12 former military academy students who were dismissed following the coup attempt. These individuals were identified through investigations involving data comparison, evidence of organizational communication patterns such as contact via payphones/prepaid landlines, witness statements from informants, and organizational coding identified during military school interviews.
19 suspects were apprehended in simultaneous operations conducted across 13 provinces, centered in İzmir. It was determined that the other 2 suspects are abroad.
