Fight breaks out between night watchmen and shopkeepers in Sultangazi over 'customers'

In Sultangazi, a fight reportedly broke out between night watchmen and shopkeepers who claimed, "You keep coming here and scaring away our customers, we can't do business." Many citizens were detained in the incident.

The incident occurred around 00:00 on P Street in the Cebeci neighborhood.

According to allegations, a shopkeeper who operates a billiards hall and two people with him approached the night watchmen on duty on the street and said, "You keep coming to our workplace and the customers are running away," which led to an argument between the parties.

NIGHT WATCHMEN USED PEPPER SPRAY

Following this, the night watchmen responded by spraying pepper spray at the 3 individuals, leading to a fight.

As some citizens also joined the fight, a large number of reinforcement teams were dispatched to the area.

Those involved in the fight were taken into custody, and extensive security measures were taken in the region.
