Financial audit decisions for 6 political parties announced: Criminal complaint filed against 1 party
The Constitutional Court's (AYM) decisions regarding the financial audits of As Parti, Genç Anadolu Partisi, Ebedi Nizam Partisi, Devrimci Sosyalist İşçi Partisi, Saadet Partisi, and Ayyıldız Partisi have been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decisions, the financial audits for Ebedi Nizam Partisi, Devrimci Sosyalist İşçiPartisi, Saadet Partisi, and AyyıldızPartisi for 2019, GençAnadolu Partisi for 2019 and 2020, and As Parti for the year 2023were conducted.
TheHigh Court determined that As Parti failed to provide an accountable failure to establish a system ofrecords and documentation,conducting income and expendituretransactionsoutside of the official accounts, and engaging in actionsintended to obstructinvestigations and inquiries, a criminal complaint has been filed with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Officefor legal action in accordance with the Law on Political Parties No. 2820.to file a criminal complaint with theChief Public Prosecutor's Office.It was decided to file a criminal complaint.
Since the audit of the As Parti headquarters account could not becarried out,it was unanimously decided that it was not possible to accept the party's 2023 accounts in accordance with the relevant law.It was also decidedunanimously.
The Constitutional Court decided that the final accounts of the other political parties subject to financial audit for the specified years were,based on the available information and documents,accurate, balanced, and in compliance with the Law.
