Fire in rose greenhouse causes major damage in Bursa
A fire that broke out in a rose greenhouse in the Orhangazi district of Bursa has caused major damage. Firefighting teams from nearby factories intervened in the blaze, which started in the packaging section of a greenhouse owned by Aynur S. in the Gemiç neighborhood. According to the information received, a fire broke out for an unknown reason in the packaging section of a rose greenhouse owned by Aynur S. near the Gemiç neighborhood. Agricultural workers in the greenhouse noticed the flames, exited the building, and reported the situation to the authorities.
The fire was initially addressed by a fire truck from a factory located immediately adjacent to the facility.
The flames were brought under control as a result of approximately one hour of intervention by fire crews dispatched from the Orhangazi and Gemlik districts. The greenhouse sustained major damage in the fire.
