Around 16:30, smoke began to rise from the storage area of a restaurant located behind the Point Hotel, which belongs to Galatasaray Sports Club President Dursun Özbek, in Taksim Talimhane.

Following the rise of smoke from the restaurant's storage section, fire crews were dispatched to the scene.

Upon the arrival of the teams, fire extinguishing efforts were initiated.

The fire crews, who had difficulty reaching the center of the fire, exerted significant effort.
