HOTEL MANAGER DETAINED
Following the incident, teams from the Bursa Provincial Gendarmerie Command, acting under the coordination of the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, detained hotel manager Tekin Demir. Demir was brought to the Gendarmerie Command and is expected to be referred to the courthouse after his statement is taken.
THEY HAD PACKED UP LAST NIGHT
It was learned that Yahya Usta, known as the "teacher of teachers" among ski instructors, had packed up their ski equipment with his family last night as the season had ended and they were planning to leave for the holiday break. It was stated that the bodies of Berkin and Yahya Usta have been taken to the forensic medicine morgue as the Public Prosecutor's Office continues its investigation.
ALLEGATION THAT "THE FIRE STARTED FROM A BARBECUE"
It is alleged that Yahya Kemal Usta, who operated the hotel's ski room and cafeteria, was at the hotel with his son Berkin Usta and wife Fikriye Usta during the fire, and that the blaze started when sparks from a barbecue lit on the hotel's veranda ignited the plastic area covering the veranda.
