Fired worker fails to reach agreement on severance: Raids workplace with long-barreled weapon

In Istanbul, a worker who could not reach an agreement on severance pay with the business that fired him rained bullets on the workplace.

The incident occurred in the evening hours on Bosna Boulevard in the Adil neighborhood of Sultanbeyli.

According to allegations, M.S.G., who worked at a butcher shop located on the street, was fired.

M.S.G., who could not reach an agreement with the business owner regarding severance pay, came to the butcher shop in the evening and began arguing with the owner.

After the argument, M.S.G. left the workplace and returned a short while later with a long-barreled weapon.

M.S.G. rained bullets on the workplace with the long-barreled weapon in his hand.

Meanwhile, police teams arriving at the scene attempted to stop the attacker by firing into the air.

M.S.G. was taken into custody by police teams.
