It has been stated that the prison address for Mayor Sinem Dedetaş, who was arrested as part of an investigation into the Üsküdar Municipality, changed twice during the transfer process. It was learned that Dedetaş was ultimately transferred to the Tekirdağ Karatepe Women's Closed Prison.

In the operation conducted yesterday morning as part of the investigation, 6 people were detained. While 4 people, including Dedetaş, were arrested, 2 people were released under judicial control conditions.

According to the report by Nedim Bayhan from Sözcü TV, information was initially shared that Dedetaş would be taken to Silivri Prison following her arrest. However, the route changed during the transfer process; her lawyers were informed that their client would instead be sent to the Bakırköy Women's Closed Prison.

The lawyers who went to Bakırköy this morning to meet with Dedetaş learned that their client had not been brought there. Later, information was provided that Dedetaş had been transferred to the Tekirdağ Karatepe Women's Closed Prison.

It was later revealed that while lawyers were told Sinem Dedetaş had been transferred to the Tekirdağ Karatepe Women's Closed Prison, this information had only been conveyed to Dedetaş's spouse a short time earlier.
