Haluk Levent, who was taken into custody as part of an investigation conducted into the AHBAP Association, made a statement from his social media account. Levent argued that the process is being attempted to be linked to the association through personal debt-credit relationships.

Levent stated that he had sent a message to Deputy Minister of Interior Bülent Turan on the evening before he was taken into custody, and that he had continued to send messages every day for the last 15 days.

In his statement, Levent used the expressions, "Wait for the real bombshell. You will see in the statements I will make soon. You will learn how this process came to be from the very beginning and you will be amazed."

Reiterating that AHBAP is "completely irrelevant" to personal debt-credit relationships, Levent said, "However, there is a persistent attempt to associate it with this. Time will show everything."

Levent's statement is as follows:

"My dear friends,

I sent a message to Deputy Minister of Interior Bülent Turan on the evening before I was taken into custody. I have been sending messages every day for 15 days.

I said: "Mr. Minister, they are trying to associate my private life with Ahbap. Come, please come urgently; audit everything from the earthquake process to today and share it with the public. Do not associate my personal debt-credit relationships with Ahbap."

I know, it is difficult and will take time to reveal the truth under this bombardment, but as a result, our righteousness will be registered.

My dear friends,

Wait for the real bombshell. You will see in the statements I will make soon. You will learn how this process came to be from the very beginning and you will be amazed.

Let me state again: Ahbap is completely irrelevant to my personal debt-credit relationships. However, there is a persistent attempt to associate it with this. Time will show everything."
