Flash development regarding CHP's money-counting footage
In the investigation launched into the money-counting footage published on social media, which was allegedly filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, 12 individuals whose names were mentioned in the testimonies of former CHP mayors of Şişli and Maltepe have been summoned to testify as "suspects."

The prosecutor's office also wrote to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, requesting that all information, documents, and records in their possession be sent to the prosecutor's office to determine whether the donation money collected for the purchase of the provincial building was used during the acquisition process.
The investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the money-counting footage, which was allegedly filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters and shared on social media, is ongoing.
It has emerged that 12 more people, including Metin Gül, the owner of Gül İnşaat, have been summoned to testify as 'suspects' in the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
OWNER OF GÜL İNŞAAT ALSO SUMMONED TO TESTIFY
According to the report in Cumhuriyet, it was learned that Metin Gül, the owner of Gül İnşaat—who was alleged by the former property owner's lawyer, Gökhan Taşkapan, to have demanded 2 million TL from his client—has also been summoned to testify as a 'suspect'.
Within the scope of the investigation, Ercan Konak, a former Maltepe Municipal Council member mentioned in the testimony of former Maltepe Mayor Ali Kılıç, businessman Hüseyin Kalkan, and lawyer Vedat Ali Aydın were summoned to testify.
Seval Adalı, a lawyer and former Şişli Municipal Council member; lawyer Ergün Özer; financial advisor Serdar Özkan; financial advisor Kemal Taştan; computer engineer İbrahim Emek; Doğan Kılıç; Ahmet Özdemir; and Filiz Polat, whose names were mentioned in the testimony of former Şişli Mayor Muammer Keskin, were also summoned to testify.
PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS OR RECEIPTS
The prosecutor's office conducting the investigation also wrote to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, requesting documents regarding the date, seller, and price of the building in question, as well as documents or receipts showing where and how the money used for the purchase was obtained and how it was paid to the seller.
Furthermore, regarding the "Put in a Brick Yourself" donation campaign, which was reportedly launched during the building's purchase process, the office requested:
How much money was collected, by whom, how much, and in what manner it was donated, and documents or receipts related to these processes were requested to be sent to the prosecutor's office to determine whether the donation money was used in the building's purchase process.
14 SUSPECTS HAVE ALREADY TESTIFIED
Within the scope of the investigation, former CHP Istanbul Provincial Vice President Özgür Nas, former CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters press advisor Can Poyraz, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Sports Club President Fatih Keleş, İmamoğlu İnşaat General Manager Tuncay Yılmaz, the property owner of the purchased building Ali Rıza Braka, Şişli Deputy Mayor Onur Öksel, former CHP Istanbul Provincial President Canan Kaftancıoğlu, Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi's son Serkan Çebi, Karsal Örme Company owner Hüseyin Köksal, Köksal's private driver Servet Yıldırım, Maltepe Municipality civil servant Melih Morsünbül, former Maltepe Mayor Ali Kılıç, former Şişli Mayor Muammer Keskin, and CHP Council Member Turgay Özcan had previously testified as "suspects."
