Ayşe Ateş, the wife of Sinan Ateş, who was murdered in an assassination, stated in a post on her social media account: "Your attempts to prevent justice from being served by placing a hollow piece of paper in front of us, and your maneuvers to hide the real culprits from the public, are in vain. Because the prosecutor of this case is the great Turkish nation. This noble nation will not let go of your collars; it will not stop pursuing you. Footage of an Audi vehicle with a flashing light, which was not included in the indictment prepared regarding the assassination of former Ülkü Ocakları President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Ateş on December 30, 2022, has been obtained from the License Plate Recognition System (PTS) from the day after the murder.

Following the emergence of the PTS footage of the vehicle with the flashing light, a statement came from Sinan Ateş's wife, Ayşe Ateş.

Ayşe Ateş made the following statements in her post on her social media account:

"They say an operation is being conducted against us. They say 'Pennsylvania.' If an operation is being conducted, those conducting it are the ones whose guilt has been proven by this and similar evidence. They are the ones who allocated corporate vehicles to murderers. They are the ones who sent messengers here and there saying, 'We have broken his pen,' and who sent messages to each other. They are the ones who, with power from an unknown source, made Special Operations police officers drivers for drug dealers. They are the ones who, 1 km away from the Presidential Complex and right next to the AK Party Headquarters, as if defying the state, did not blink an eye before killing an honorable academic of this country who was minding her own business and raising two daughters. To see those who are conducting an operation against you, look behind bars and look under your feet. Because some are in prison, and some are still groveling at your feet to avoid facing justice.
