Out of 38 people detained as part of the investigation into the AHBAP Association, 25 were referred to the courthouse. Of the suspects brought before the Criminal Judgeship of Peace, 14 were arrested and sent to prison, while 11 were released under judicial control conditions.

Footage has emerged showing the moments when singer Haluk Levent, who is among those arrested, was being transported to the courthouse in handcuffs.
14 SUSPECTS ARRESTED
Following their procedures at the police station, Haluk Levent, Ece Güner, İlker Çetin, Nurdan Eriş, Yusuf Can Ertit, Kemal Ötünç, Şehmuz Baştuğ, Abdülcevat Özkan, Emrah Gödeliner, Erhan Dökmeci, Halil Bostancı, Mehmet Ulu, Yeliz Kaya, and Zafer Yay were brought before the judge and subsequently arrested and sent to prison.
The 11 suspects who appeared before the judge as part of the same investigation were released under judicial control conditions.
