As a result of the gunfire, the business owner, Sabri Pan, lost his life at the hospital where he was taken, while employee Ahmet Ercan Can died at the scene. The attacker, who fled by vehicle, also killed Yusuf Oktay, a young man grazing animals within the borders of the Kaburgediği neighborhood, and Abdullah Koca, a truck driver near his home in the Yenimahalle neighborhood.

The suspect also injured 8 people along the route he traveled during this time. Upon notification, numerous gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scenes. While security forces took extensive security measures in the area, it was reported that helicopter-supported efforts to apprehend the suspect are ongoing.
