Footage of the murder of footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı emerges: What happened second by second

In an incident that occurred on the night of March 19 on Sıddık Street in Ümraniye, Istanbul, it is alleged that Vahap Canbay, from the rap group Canbay & Wolker, wanted to reconcile with singer Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, from whom he had separated some time ago. Canbay reportedly asked for help from his friend Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı (21), with whom he was on good terms.

Kubilay Kundakçı went to the front of the studio where Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu was located, along with Vahap Canbay and their friends.

While the group was waiting inside the vehicle, suspects who allegedly arrived at the scene in luxury vehicles with flashing lights carried out an attack.

Footballer Kubilay Kundakçı, who was the target of the bullets, was seriously injured. The young man, who was taken to the hospital, lost his life despite all interventions.

7 SUSPECTS ARRESTED

Among the suspects whose statements were completed at the prosecutor's office, Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, İzzet Yıldızhan, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, M.R., H.C.A., M.K., and E.T. were arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace to which they were referred with a request for arrest and were sent to prison.

The footage includes the arrival of the vehicles containing the suspects who carried out the attack at the scene and the moments related to the murder.

In the footage, it is seen that the suspect Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu gets out of his vehicle and walks towards the car in which Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı was also present, while at the same time reaching for his waist to take out his pistol, and as soon as he reaches the vehicle, he leans over the front windshield and points his weapon; it is also seen that two other people who were walking behind Kadayıfçıoğlu towards the car where Kubilay Kundakçı was located later forcibly took Kadayıfçıoğlu towards his own vehicle.
